I am a level 48 Master Diviner, and I'm pretty sure I have each spell. Here is a list of what I have:(Not in level order)

What am I missing that prevents me from getting Master of Storm Badge?

You also need to get the element blades and shields from krokotopia The trainer is the tree by the balance school.
I never thought of that? Does it work? I really would like that badge. . . Although, my freind a LVL48 has the fire badge and he doesn't have the elemental blades. . .

I know you'd think they'd post about, or at least pick the glitch up. . .
This isn't a minor glitch, like a wall that you can walk through, this is major! It's like telling a LVL1 that they can't become a LVL2 and they have to stay a LVL1 for the rest of the game. . .
