I cannot find a portal or any way to get to the tower. I am stuck with the main quest. I have gone back and renewed quests in Ruined Alcazar and still have no way to the tower. I even went to the quest helper and it says i have no more quests in that area. Please help. Has anyone else have this problem? What am I missing?
From Bastion go to Silent Market. Use the teleporter to Ruined Alcazar. Straight ahead are the island teleporters. The blue/purple one goes to Hart Island.
