Yes, there are to many. Marleybone is a hard world. But, you don't have to do Kenningston Park. You still need to do 5 others, though. The reason why they are doing this is probably because in MooShu, to purchase things you need to be levl 35+. So, they probably want you to get enough experience so you can wear the things in MooShu.
Remember, though. To be Wizard City's Savior, you must be brave, diligent, and a person who takes time.
For all of us that hate marleybone, the reason why its so hard is the massive number of dungeons.
And a little side note: too hard to navigate around enemies.
ok so lets count them up. kensingston park,(EVIL) ironworks, katz lab, counter weight east, counter weight west, and big ben.
so thats six dungeons in ONE world!
the minimum of dungeons in a world should be at least two.

I also meant to say the massive number of enemies inside the counter weights and big ben is a huge problem sorry
and most of the enemies in royal museum are balance! imagine how much of a pain that is

So after all that and many more mb's dungeons will look like CHILDS PLAY (no offense to any child)
