Reading into the Past ~ Chelsea Court

I can't find the second book (text) in Chelsea Court titled : "Theories of Marleybone". Does anyone know where to find it? I have searched with all of the bosses several times.

The books are always with the end boss of the area. In Chelsea Court, that's the tower near the middle of the region.
