My internet went down in a dungeon in maryleybone

in katzensteins lab my internet went down and the door shut to get to clanker and there is no way of opening it, Please helppp

plus i cant continue my stream until i get pass here

Usually, your progress is impacted in dungeons depends on how long you lost connection for.

This is especially disheartening if you were soloing the dungeon. If this was the case, and you were out for more than 30 minutes or so, then it seems your progress is halted to the point that you've to restart.
If you had peers, then they would continue and you should be able to pick up right where they're at.

If your net connection was down only for a few minutes, then you should've been able to resume progression.

Did you try porting out then in again?

Successfully completed the multiple puzzles within the dungeon?

Still no luck, then you'll simply have to restart.

You'll probably just have to redo the dungeon. Fortunately, you weren't too far in.
