You're not really close, but you arent really far from the beginning. To get to MS you have to finish Chelsea Court, Clockwork East, Clockwork West, and then Big Ben. You're a little over half.

No, Hyde Park is the first place you need to complete in Marleybone. To gain access to Mooshu, you still need to complete:
Chelsea Court, Knight's Court, and Newgate Prison
As for instances:
The Ironworks, Katzenstein's Lab, Counterweight East AND West, and Big Ben

Hi I'm Blaze Dragonfist level 33 and saying yesterday I finaly got started on Chelsea Court, so once you start Chelsea Court you are about 1/9 of the way done so you have quite a ways to go to get to Mooshu.
