Door closed?

I have access to the temple of storms, i finished the tests of strength and aptitude but the door to krokopatra is closed. What do I do?

Do you know how to get to Krokatopia? I have a quest there, but can't find it.

To get to Krokotopia you go throught Bartlby the tree in ravenwood but you also get permission from Ambrose.
