I can not find the gardener in Khrysalis. I am in the Silent Market at the booth that I think is for gardening, but no one is there. Am I in the wrong area?

I found this information on Barley, the trainer:
"First you have to be rank 15 gardener, that is a requirement for the Barley quest to open.
Once you have completed Eclipse Tower (Lvl 95), you are sent to the Bastion to speak with Una Moondancer. She is the NPC that will give you the quest "Uneasy Allies". Once you have completed that quest, Zaltanna The Mirrormask will give you a side quest "Bring The Green" as that is the actual beginning of unlocking Barley. "

This is my second reply. I also found these details in the Game Update notes:
"Truly dedicated Gardeners who are currently Gardening level 15, can now obtain the rank of Verdant Gardener!
You'll first encounter Barley during the quest "Uneasy Alllies" when you can access the zone Last Wood, but you will return to him in Bastion to finally unlock what he has to offer. "

The Gardener Booth is in Silent Market in Khrysalis but you must meet the requirements to get him there. You must be a rank 15 Legendary Gardener, and once you are a legendary gardener talk to Zaltanna the Mirrormask for the quest "Bring the Green". After that quest and possibly more for the gardening quest the gardener will appear at his booth in Silent Market. Hope this helps Megan Frostflame Level 95
