I bought $60 dollars worth of crowns x1 of the $50 dollar crown option and x2 of the $10 crown option. I used my PayPal account to purchase them and the money was taken out of my account but the crowns never shows up when o sign in to play wizard101 but when I sign in through the web it’s there but not accessible through the game. Someone please help me get them or find a way to have a refund.
Also, did you activate this purchase? In some cases, you may need to log into your account after confirming purchases and activate it, especially if it shows in the form of a code.
