Weird bug?

I never got the quest to get a storm convert prism and I have no clue how to get it since the frog storm teacher guy doesn't have a quest for me pls help

The single convert for storm is through this quest; "Charge it Up" at level 7 if you have completed previous school quests. If I remember correctly "Stormblade" is the required quest to advance to the Convert quest.

Mass Storm Prism is given by Cassie Ponycorn at level 70.

You need to contact support@wizard101.com

You can do that through this site and ask them to check into the problems.

Use the "Help" icon at the top of this page or any other page that you see it.

Or when you log in, go to the last option on the left side of the page.

Click on Help and Support. That will take you to a help page and the last option there is "Contact Support"
