Hi everyone. So I just purchased 2 1-year term subscriptions and on a family account. I would like to transfer one of my characters to the other account. Its been almost a week and im wondering if I did something wrong. Could a KI employee help me through the process or any fellow wizard? Thanks!

You can't transfer wizards between accounts. Only crowns.
Actually, you can transfer wizards between accounts. There are just certain restrictions that have to be met before doing so. You might also want to read what @Dworgyn has posted above.
