Transfer Characters

I have done everything I had to do to get my character transferred I have

- 2 one year memberships (one for each account)
- both are linked
- and I emailed from my correct email

I keep getting told that I must have a one year membership for both accounts and I do have both accounts signed up for a 1 year membership!

Can anyone help me?
