They might been busy. If your problem didn't replied by KI's, you can send them e-mail to support about your "my problems/complain/or something wasn't replied"

If you did not get back an automated email assigning a ticket number the chances are you email was not received or you are checking the wrong email account.

Be sure to use the site "contact us" option, the emails will go to the email account you have registered (can check this under accounts)

If that does not work, the issue can be your email client as some seem to be blocked by KI, so perhaps try sending it with a different email application.

Support is not always quick. A good friend of mine waited two weeks for a simple quest update fix, even though he contacted them multiple times about the issue.
