Stability Issues (Nov. 10, 2016)

I continually losing connection when zoning. I'm also seeing lag spikes / latency issues (at the end of a duel or when trying to interact with an NPC, for example). Is anybody else experiencing this or is it just my ISP?

Me I am.... it is driving me up the wall and I can't get any replies from anywhere.... Today has been impossible to play at all.
