Quest marker won't show up?

So I tried clicking on a quest and the quest arrow won't show up I tried going to different characters and it still didn't work so I exited the game and went back into wiz but it still didn't work HELP PLS

You probably have it turned off. Go to settings, gameplay options 1, and make sure quest helper is turned on.
