purchasing crowns

whenever i would try to buy crowns on a credit card it would freeze everything exept the close butten the actual game and the little scroll bar.

Hmm,

This sounds like an issue you may need to direct to Kingsisle directly.

If your payment info is valid, then it may be an issue with your computer trying to process it or just them game's website.

Try contacting KI directly if the issue persists.

My emails from KI support come from the email address help@kingsisle.com

I keep seeing people saying support@wizard101.com doesn't get a response any more. I don't know if they use both but all my support has come via help@kingsisle.com so that might be a better email to send info to.

Please could someone at KI confirm which is preferred and if they both work or just one?

This has happened to me on other games.
Convert your money to another card and try to buy it with that one.
Hopefully this helped.
