pressing x for harvesting

it won't let me press x for harvesting my plants at all, and i need help right away. after i harvested my other plants, my last 2 plants that are ready to be harvested won't let me press x, so please help me with this problem.

Press g to open up the gardening spells you have, and then click on the plants to harvest them.
