Odji's Chamber Entry Bug?

I was passing by the door that goes to the fight with Odji Sokkwi, and the entry runes were not lit up, but I could still enter the place and fight Odji. I did not have a quest to defeat him or to enter the chamber, so I believe this is a bug.

Any help?
