Not Getting Spells ..?
I was supposed to get two spells (Snow Drift and Cooldown) but I never got to learn them. Now I am level 81
and I can't talk to Friar Nolan. And because I can't talk to him I can't do my level 75 quest. How come I can't do these quests?

Make sure you have all previous spell quests completed, such as your level 35 and 55 spell quests.
