Me and my brother have been having an issue with the open chat option under parental controls. We are both over the age of 18 and only I have access to open chat. My brother has entered his debit/credit card information and has even purchased crowns. From what we understand that should be enough to unlock the open chat option in the parental controls menu. We are also both joined on a family account. We are unsure what to do in this situation and would like to know what needs to be done to unlock open chat. As far as we know, he already qualifies for open chat. Hopefully it doesn't need to be said but we both know that we have to be logged in with the master password in order to access the chat options.
