I believe KI has a policy that if you receive a certain number of reports, you automatically get muted. I would contact Support and tell them what happened, include time of incident & name of the reporter. I know by the time you read this your punishment will be over, but at least you should make the effort to clear your record. It kind of stinks that KI has this policy in place when it's so easily abused.
