I bought a permanent Arcus Cloud mount from the store. It just disappeared out from under me as I zoned into an area and is gone from my inventory. I'm fairly new to the game so if "permanent" doesn't mean forever in this instance I want a refund. That was like 10 bucks for a couple of days.
If it was a permanent version of the mount, it should indeed last forever. Please send an email to support@wizard101.com for assistance finding your lost item.
I apologize. Almost immediately upon entering the game after making the post I realized what had happened. I had turned my Arcus Mount loose in my home room. I didn't even know I could do that, lol. I'm an idiot. Thanks for the fast reply.
