So this bug has never been patched for some reason. If you have a blade and you use mana burn on somebody, the animation will be stuck temporarily on the wizard and will end when the spell is over. This can prevent seeing the damage mostly. This is easily repeatable as it happens everytime. Thanks for seeing this, Kane
