I recently tried to uninstall and reinstall W101 after my level 46 diviner got trapped in a failed-to-load zone. I got it uninstalled and reinstalled, but the game asks for my email and password to log in. Though I don't remember the email I used (the account is nearly 8 years old), I tried all the emails I could've used at the time, without success. When I logged onto these message boards with my username, my account was recognized. I then tried logging in via the website and reinstalling the game launcher, but it just pops up with an error message. I really don't want to lose my characters and all my progress- please send help!
