I reached level 118 on my ice yesterday, and am unable to access the Mirage spell quest for that level. I have tried researching this online, but all I can find are posts that tell me I will receive the quest from the Arcanum ice instructor when I reach level 118, which has not happened. I am not missing any Mirage quests, as I have completed everything in the main quest line into Thieves' Den, where I am currently questing.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The quest is not at level 118, it is tied to another quest. Once you complete the understudy quest you will get the prompt. This is when they send you back to the arcanum.
