Kingsisle support not replying.

My brother account was hacked and support replied with temporary password after all investigations. But that message went on spam folder and he checked it later next day and that time password was not working maybe because it was more than 24 hours. He asked for another temporary passwords but no reply since then.

If someone from community arrange quick review at this ticket no. would be really appreciated.
