Jewel crafting quest

Hey I've done the prequest to get the jewel crafting quest but it wont show up

Hello,

Wizards level 15 and above who have completed the crafting quest “The Razor’s Edge” will need to visit Eloise Merryweather in the Wizard City Commons to take on the quest “Digging Into a New Challenge.”

Hello, so I am above level 15 and have the beginning crafter badge, Eloise has nothing for me

You might need to go visit Katherine Rockhammer in the Jewel shop in the Shopping District then.
