There is bug sometimes have to relog to get drops Am not talking about rare drops just any drops. It's random and the only way to get drops is to relog. KI can you please look into this matter. Thank you

This has nothing to do with logging on and off again.
As I suspected, your backpack is full, young Wizard.
If your backpack is full, rewards from duels will appear in your bank. If your backpack and bank are full, you will no longer be able to receive regular items as rewards from duels
