right now i am a level 118 wizard and ignus wont give me the quest for my new spell. he also wont give me the crafting quest! he didn't even give me the raging bull quest, the only reason i have the spell is because i emailed kingsisle and they added the quest to my char! i have no clue why this is happening, plz help!
