i am not getting my email

anyways i was trying to turn my get promotional email thing on ( master password was entered and successful)
and it said i needed to check my email and click the link

but i didnt get a email

how can i fix this

my email is up to date
and i just want it on so i can recieve the mystery coupon

can Ms. Greyrose help me?
or possibly thefriendlynecromancer?

You were marked in our system as a 'invalid email address' meaning you either marked us as spam at some point, or we have received too many bounce-back emails when trying to communicate with you.

I have reset your email account settings and you should once again receive email from us in the future.

Same here. I get other emails but not this one for some reason.

My daughter and I have paid accounts. My son is old enough and interested so I want to get him a membership as well but I have been (not so) patiently waiting for my email.

Any help would be appreciated.
