henchmen lock wont let me buy?

I have the crowns however all the henchmen are locked! How do I unlock them? I would like to buy afew.

Henchmen can only be purchased during your turn in a duel.

Next time you're in a duel and it's your turn (you're in the card selecting phase) click the Crown Shop button and the henchmen will come up first.

Many people find it easier to display them in list mode for quicker shopping, as the timer is still counting down in the background.
