Not sure if this has been reported yet, but recently, when going through the Labyrinth, after entering Dean Darkflame's cell for the first time, I ended up triggering Darkflame's pre-battle dialogue, as if I had finished all the tasks for him. I believe it has something to do with the addition of the camera angles complimenting a boss's pre-battle dialogue, though I could be wrong.
