Error 116 8/23

Hi just tried to login this morning. I am getting an Error 116. Yes, I am the administrator and tried the "run as" option as well. Even tried closing my firewall, antivirus, and clearing the drive cache. Everything was working fine yesterday. Anything going on this morning, Tuesday 8/23, 7:50am? Thanks

If you are already running as an administrator, please make sure that the account that is trying to launch the game has write permission to the Wizard101 installation directory. Wizard101 is normally installed in C:\Program Files\KingsIsle Entertainment\Wizard101

You right click on this folder, select properties for the folder, select the security tab and ensure that the "write" permission is allowed.
