So my friend has this error on an Windows 10 OS. We have tried EVERYTHING. literally. Running as administrator - tried Write permissions are on and it still shows the error. Reinstalled like 5 times already. Restarted computer 2 times. The user hes trying to run the game from is the only one in the system and it has all permissions! Please help...
