The Team Up feature can't be used for the Emperor's Retreat dungeon in Krokotopia. When you try to use it you get a error message saying that "You must have a Stone skeleton key in your backpack to use team up at this sigil." Hi FirelordKiwi! This is a known issue when using Team Up. If you access it normally without Team Up, you should be able to get in.
