Yes! This is a very common complaint in the message boards. It is possible that KI is only allowing a certain amount of crowns to be earned or its just super bugged. There isn't much I can help with this sorry.
I have had the same issue. On one account I may be able to watch a few but more often than not, I either get a black screen or this message "Sorry, there are no videos at this time"
