Deleted Character

I sent a email twice to the support email for wizard101, to ask if I can get a character back that was accidently deleted about a year ago and I got no response for both emails.

I just wanted to know if it was possible to get a character back that was deleted one year ago or is that to long of a time.

Deleted Character: Storm- Level 84 to 85.

Honestly, I'm not ideally sure that this is possible, given the large span of time that has elapsed.

Usually, KI is able to restored deleted characters, but only ones done so within a short amount of time before you contact them.

You can probably send a follow up email just to be sure as maybe a small possibility exists.
