Recently, on my death wizard, I turned level 15, so I decided to go spend my gold on new gear I can use in the bazaar.
I bought the gear with what seemed to be the highest damage boosts, I didn't have enough for boots by the way, I bought a balmy tunic with supposed +4% death damage, instead I discovered this was only +1% death damage. I was outraged and I really do hope this glitch gets fixed.
