Hello, today 19.07.2016. i submitted a ticket #160719-000207 and i did not receive confirmation email like i usually do what should that be, should i worry and send the ticket again?

Hello,
I bought a American express gift card so I could buy crowns with the promo code thats going on , however its telling me that I'm entering in something wrong. I know im not, and i heard maybe we could do it the transaction from email.
