Hi, so I completed the crafting quest in Marelybone with Felicia Worthington and the Quest finder has even changed to "Talk to Felicia Worthington" but the actual character herself is still stuck in progress mode for the quest and I can't move on. I have tried closing and opening the game a bunch of times but nothing has worked.
Try porting home and move on from there. Or port to Regents Square and then move on. Closing and reopening the game will bring you to the spot you are stuck in.

I tried that, switching realms and closing and opening the game none of it has worked.
