I started the quest where I have to talk to the 3 shopkeepers to unlock grizzleheim but while I was in grizzleheim, I didn't finish talking to all 3 of their shopkeepers. I can't go back to grizzleheim now to finish that quest, meaning I can't unlock grizzleheim as a world. i'm level 34 too.
