i did everything my wiz101 wont let me play it says username wrong i reset password reinstalled game and i alllowed program through antivirus and firewall and it didnt help i contacted them and it lets me sign on website but not game anyone help? please
Since you were able to log in to the website to post, you must be using the correct account name and password.
