bought bundle, missing items

never received the gear and other things from shinobi bundle. only got the crowns pls help

They should be in a gift box to the left of your screen. If they're not there it's probably best to contact KI support directly through the website. I've always found KI support to be very quick but be aware that it can take up to 48 hours and possibly longer over weekends. I'm sure they'll get it sorted for you if you can't find it in the gift box
