Billed but no crowns

Essentially i get to the checkout and hit the button to buy my crowns, and it says ,"transaction failed" however, my phone buzzes on my desk and my card tells me it HAS indeed been billed for 6.00..whats up?

That sounds very unusual. Please contact our Customer Support so they can ensure your Crowns are credited to your account properly.
