One of the new Grizzleheim houses can be found in the Crown Shop - it is available for both Crowns and Gold. Just click the small 'Crown' in the upper left of your screen.
The other new Grizzleheim house must be crafted, and the recipe for this house can be found t the Grizzleheim Recipe vendor.
