I can't move on into Grizzleheim/Ravenscar

i haven't played the game in a while but i have the supercharge spell from grizzleheim i am curently lvl 57 but i can't move on i don't have any quests on my quest book that move on to ravenscar i went to talk to the people at grizzleheim and they have nothing to say i went to ambrose he has nothing to say either please help me i need help

Access to Ravenscar is earned, just like everywhere else in the spiral. The quest tree is below... you can see where you left off.
