Headmaster invite to do Ravenscar

I just turned lvl 40 so the headmaster summoned me saying that there was news from Grizzleheim and to come to his office but there’s no quest or option to talk to him. I am assuming this if for Ravenscar. Also I already completed all of the main storyline leading up to Ravenscar. Help

I have this issue as well, did you ever figure out how to fix it?
