Djelling Chalice

I am in Ravenscar in Grizzleheim. I was told to use the Djelling Chalice in my quest. I defeated the monsters in the dungeon and walked up to the trunk named Djelling Chalice but nothing happens. Does anyone know ho w to use the Djelling Chalice.
