Wand shop keeper in DS??????

I have gone in there a thousand times and never found the wand shop keeper!!!!! Does anybody know where it is???? I am losing my mind

i wonder that to why no wand shop keeper. Is it just that from like every boss you can get a wand so they dont have one?

There isnt a wand keeper because by the time you go there you need to stop depending on stores. I think thats why no items there have health bonuses besides the boots. There also isnt a pet shop or an amulet shop.
