I'm a level 70 storm wizard named Kymma Anvilheart. I've completed all the main quests for all the current worlds. When I reached level 68, the storm teacher told me a monster called the Hoarder stole the last siren spell card. I asked myself "What? Isn't that one of the bosses in Dragonspyre?" I went back to the area where the Hoarder is (The Drake Hatchery), the Hoarder's name was changed to "The Collector." I thought that was odd. :?

Evidently they are making changes to "The Hoarder" and "The Collector".
The Hoarder is in The Drake Hatchery. The Collector is in The Plaza of Conquests.
The quest for Level 68 spell does refer to that boss as "The Collector". Here are some notes from the Wiki pages about both of them:
